Locking PCB support posts can be securely fixed to a Printed Circuit Board (PCB), located on a chassis or other structure. These support posts comprise a body and a locking system, located at one or both ends of the body. PCB support posts are used to alleviate vibration in applications.

To use a locking PCB support post, these steps can generally be followed:

1.    Select a location for the locking PCB support that provides support and stability for the PCB.

2.    Engage the top locking mechanism by snapping the top of the post onto the PCB. This mechanism will apply pressure to the top surface of the PCB to hold it securely in place.

3.    Position the post onto the chassis or other structure and engage the bottom locking mechanism by snapping the post in to the structure, securely holding the PCB in place.

4.    Repeat the above steps for any additional posts required to hold the PCB in place.

It's important to note that the steps may vary depending on the type and design of the locking PCB support post being used. Always refer to any installation instructions to ensure a secure and stable solution.
